A brand contribution is pushed onto your ASIN. Your brand field now shows their name.
Brand Registry or not — it doesn’t matter. We restore your brand name on the same ASIN, with your reviews, ranking and sales history intact. If we can’t recover it, you pay nothing.
Same ASIN — no relisting
Reviews & ranking kept
90 days protection after
Brand: A name you’ve never heard of
Brand: YOUR BRAND
That’s it. If the brand field shows a name that isn’t yours, your listing has been hijacked.
Hijacked & banned listings handled
This isn’t a catalog glitch. Another seller pushed their brand name onto your ASIN on purpose — and Amazon’s catalog now treats them as the brand of record and you as the one trying to change it.
Their plan is simple: take control of the listing, block you from selling on your own ASIN, and keep everything you built — the sales history, the reviews, the ranking — while they sell under it.
A brand contribution is pushed onto your ASIN. Your brand field now shows their name.
Every correction you submit is rejected as "conflicting" with the existing brand.
The listing no longer belongs to your brand, so your enforcement tools have no authority over it.
Buy Box goes, FBA restrictions appear, and they start selling on the history and reviews you paid for. Then they go for your next ASIN.
Seller Support is where this gets fixed — but only when the case is opened the right way, with the right evidence, in the right sequence. Opened the normal way, you get one of these templates:
Ownership. Not a trademark application — proof that this product, this packaging and this brand belong together, built from your Brand Registry and your product, and presented the way Amazon's catalog team evaluates it.
We’ve run this route on 500+ listings. The process is known. The only question on any ASIN is the evidence — and we tell you before you pay whether it’s there.
We measure your Amazon account’s performance against the 90 days before we started working together. If your account isn’t growing by day 90, we continue working at no additional management fee until it is. Because we’re confident in the system we build—and we believe your growth partner should have skin in the game too.
Brand name on a long-running ASIN replaced by an unknown seller. Brand registered — and still locked out of his own listing.
Owner opened his own support cases. All went nowhere. A second ASIN started showing the same symptoms.
Limited user access, evidence pack built from Brand Registry, case reopened the right way, contribution hardened after reversal.
Days
Brand name on the listing replaced with a name the owner had never heard of. Inventory stuck, listing not selling.
Owner couldn’t edit the brand field back — every attempt rejected as a conflict with the existing contribution.
Built the ownership evidence, removed the hijacker’s brand contribution and restored the correct brand name on the same ASIN.
Brand restored, listing reactivated and selling again.
Days
Hijacker replaced the brand name; FBA restrictions followed. Owner had been fighting it through support for weeks.
Every case closed as a “rebranding request” — the owner was being treated as the intruder on his own listing.
Rebuilt the case as an ownership dispute with the right evidence and escalated it past the template replies.
Brand restored.
FBA restrictions lifted.
After 3+ Closures
Two things. One is required, one is optional. Brand Registry doesn’t change either.
REQUIRED
You add us as a secondary user on your Seller Central account. We send you a short video showing exactly what to click.
OPTIONAL
Photos of the actual product and packaging showing your brand name. They make the case stronger and faster.
We check the listing, the brand contribution on it and your position, and tell you whether it’s recoverable. If it isn’t, we tell you that too.
You add us to Seller Central (about 10 minutes). We build the ownership evidence and open the case the right way.
We work the case until the brand field is yours again, then harden the contribution and watch the listing for 90 days.
You already know what that listing makes per day. The fix costs less than a week of losing it — and every dollar comes back if we don’t deliver.
No relisting. Reviews, ranking and sales history stay exactly where they are.
The brand attribute is rebuilt so it can’t be taken the same way twice.
One access setup, then it’s ours. No case-writing, no back-and-forth with agents.
If your brand name doesn't come back on the listing, you don't pay.
Great Company and Great Partner. I have been working with UPLIXA for over a year and they have done a phenomenal job with our listings on both Amazon and Walmart. They have protected us from hijackers and have increase our profitability. They manage our listings so we don’t have too. I would highly recommend UPLIXA to anyone who sells online.
Hijackers removed, listings reactivated, brands put back where they belong. Read every review — the good and the critical — on Trustpilot.
Yes. Almost every seller who comes to us has already tried several routes and been closed out. That's normal — opened the usual way, these cases get template replies. We open them differently.
And we back it: if we don't recover your brand name, you get 100% of your money back.
Yes. Brand Registry helps, but it isn't required. We build the ownership case from your product, your packaging and your account — with or without Registry.
Limited access to your Seller Central as a secondary user — we send a short video showing exactly what to click; it takes about 10 minutes. Optionally, real photos of your product showing your brand name. If you don't have photos, that's fine.
No. That's a Seller Support template. It treats the hijacker's contribution as legitimate — which is exactly the thing we get reversed. You are the brand owner.
No. This is a correction on the same ASIN, not a new listing. Everything stays where it is.
Most recoveries land well within 30 days of getting access — many in the first two weeks. If Amazon's agents contradict each other along the way, we keep going at no extra cost.
After the reversal we rebuild the brand contribution so it can't be replaced the same way, and we watch the listing for 90 days. If someone tries again in that window, we handle it.
If the brand name is not restored on the listing, we refund the full fee. No partial refund, no credit, no "we tried" charge. The only thing not returned is the payment-processing fee charged by the payment provider.
