Privacy Policy for UPLIXA Plus

This Privacy Policy explains how UPLIXA LLC (“UPLIXA,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you authorize the UPLIXA PLUS application to access your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API).

Who we are

UPLIXA LLC is an Amazon services agency. UPLIXA PLUS is our internal application used exclusively to provide agency services to our clients. It is not a public SaaS product. By authorizing UPLIXA PLUS, you authorize us to manage your Amazon Seller Central account on your behalf, in connection with the agency services you have separately engaged us for.

What information we collect

When you authorize UPLIXA PLUS, we may collect and process the following data from your Amazon Seller Central account, based on the roles and permissions you grant during authorization:

  • Account & marketplace info— Seller ID, marketplaces you participate in, store name
  • Listings & catalog data— SKUs, ASINs, titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, attributes, A+ Content documents
  • Inventory data— FBA and FBM stock levels, aged inventory, reserved inventory, replenishment recommendations
  • Order data— Order IDs, units sold, revenue, fulfillment status, order dates
  • Pricing data— Your prices, competitor offers, buybox status, pricing health
  • Financial data— Settlements, fees, refunds, reimbursements, transaction details
  • Performance & quality data— Account health, listing quality reports, suppressed listings, return rates, customer feedback
  • Brand Analytics— Search terms, demographics, item comparison, repeat purchase behavior

We do not access or store:

  • Customer personally identifiable information (names, full addresses, phone numbers, email addresses) unless your service engagement explicitly requires it and you have authorized the corresponding SP-API roles separately
  • Payment methods, bank account details, or financial credentials
  • Your Seller Central login credentials, password, or 2FA codes

How we use your data

We use the data exclusively to deliver the agency services you have engaged us for, including:

  • Generating performance reports and analytics for you
  • Managing and optimizing your listings and A+ Content
  • Monitoring inventory, sales, finances, and account health
  • Identifying and addressing issues such as suppressions and performance flags
  • Providing recommendations and strategic advice on your Amazon presence

We do not:

  • Sell your data to any third party, ever
  • Share your data with parties not directly involved in delivering your services
  • Use your data for advertising, marketing to other parties, or in analytics products
  • Combine your data with other clients’ data in any identifiable way
  • Use your data to compete with you on Amazon

How we store and secure your data

Geographic locationTokens are stored on Cloudflare’s global edge network with primary processing in North America. No data is stored outside Cloudflare’s infrastructure.

How long we retain your data

We retain your data for as long as you remain an active UPLIXA client. Upon termination of services or revocation of authorization:

  • API access tokens are deleted within24 hoursof revocation
  • Stored reports, analytics, and historical data are retained for90 daysfor transition and reference purposes, after which they are permanently deleted — unless you explicitly request earlier deletion

Your rights

At any time you may exercise the following rights:

Revoke access

Log into Seller Central → Settings → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps → click Disable on UPLIXA PLUS. We lose access on our next API call (immediate in practice).

Request a data export

Email support@uplixa.com with your Seller ID and we will provide a copy of all data we hold for your account within 5 business days, in CSV/JSON format.

Request immediate data deletion

Email support@uplixa.com to request deletion of all your data, including before the 90-day retention window. We will confirm completion within 3 business days.

Data breach notification

In the unlikely event of a confirmed data breach that affects your information, we will notify you via the email on file within 72 hours of confirmation, with details of what was affected, what we are doing about it, and what actions you should take.

Compliance with Amazon's policies

UPLIXA PLUS complies with:

  • Amazon Services API Developer Agreement
  • Amazon Acceptable Use Policy
  • Amazon Data Protection Policy

We additionally honor any account-level restrictions and revocations enforced through Amazon’s standard developer controls.

Changes to this policy

We will notify active clients of any material changes to this policy via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications and non-material updates may be made without notification.
