One of our regular clients contacted us after noticing an unauthorized FBA seller taking over his Buy Box. His PPC was running, but the hijacker was getting all the sales. We immediately stepped in.
After reviewing the listing, we verified brand ownership, checked contribution rights, and confirmed the brand was properly linked in Brand Registry. Once everything aligned, we used Amazon’s Brand History tool to raise an Unauthorized Seller (Counterfite) report directly
through the system.
This allowed us to submit a clean, policy-aligned request that matched Amazon’s internal enforcement flow. Within the same day, Amazon removed the hijacker completely, and the Buy Box returned to the brand owner.
